Dr.-Ing. Hannah Kirsch from ICODOS GmbH presented ‘Process integration of carbon capture with methanol synthesis for green methanol production at competitive costs’ at the VDI Seminar – Nordbadisch-Pfälzischer Bezirksverein, Mannheim, Germany.
In her presentation, Dr.-Ing. Kirsch focused on ICODOS’s core technology – an innovative hybrid process that interlinks carbon capture and methanol synthesis. This technology enables efficient utilisation of biogas and exhaust gases rich in CO2. Their approach reduces investment and operating costs compared to conventional processes.
